All The Bitter's mission is inclusion, mindfulness, and tasty drinks for everyone. Created by former French Laundry sommeliers, Carly and Ian Blessing were inspired when they quit drinking booze in 2019. Impressed with the rapidly growing market of non-alcoholic spirits—and delighted that they could continue to enjoy the ritual and flavor of sophisticated, adult beverages—the husband-and-wife team decided to create three classically inspired, alcohol-free bitters to complement those spirits. All The Bitter is handmade in small batches in Chico, California.
