Dating back to at least 1916 and the classic cocktail book, "Recipes for Mixed Drinks" by Hugo Ensslin, this combination of gin, lemon juice, mint, and sugar feels like a Mint Julep met a Gimlet. Simple and refreshing, it requires no tweaking to make it a standout mocktail. We're not going to let that stop us from adding a few droppers of our Orange bitters, though, because everything is #betterwithbitters.
