Made with tart citrus and hibiscus tea rather than spirit alternatives, this drink is more than the sum of its parts and tastes more like a proper cocktail than a simple mocktail.
The hibiscus tea—blended just for us with a pinch of mint and lemongrass—adds bright, cranberry-like flavor and deep color, while grapefruit and lime keep things snappy. A little agave and our Spiced Cherry bitters add the depth that makes this work as an easy weeknight pour or a crowd-pleasing party drink.
